Register with your institution email
Enter your name, @calebuniversity.edu.ng email, matric number, and admission session. An activation link is sent to your inbox.

Complete your record
Activate your account, then fill in your NIN, personal details, and academic information across a short 5-step form.

Registry verifies & submits
The Registry reviews your submission and prepares it for upload to the Federal Government NERD database.

This is the Caleb University internal portal — it helps the Registry collect and verify your record before uploading it to the Federal Government system. It is not the national NERD portal. Every graduating student must also register directly at ned.gov.ng. Neither registration replaces the other.
